We have great news, we are nearing completion of our renovations. We have over doubled our square footage. We have added a walk-in cooler and almost have our semi automatic processing equipment installed and running so we can accommodate everyone's processing needs. This is allowing us the ability to offer you the choice of whole chickens or bring value added revenue and piece out your chickens. I am hoping all construction and instillation of equipment will be completed May 2024 as we are running into delays. It is another exciting year to come.
We opened at the end of 2022, our abattoir is the central hub of our operation. You'll find us working away tirelessly to assist you in processing your poultry. We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between producers and consumers and find ourselves building great new relationships within our farming community as well.
Currently we will be operating 2 weekdays per week - Tuesday and Wednesday

Things to Know
Birds must come fasted for 24 hours previous to their booked date.
Birds that are not fasted will incur a fee of $2/bird.
Drop ins without an appointment will be charged double the regular fee. If an accommodation can be made.
Turn around time is same day; we do not have the capacity to hold overnight. We will contact you via phone when ready for pickup.
Crate Rentals
Need assistance transporting your chickens? We have crates available to rent; pick up of crates can be done a day or two prior to your scheduled appointment. Reliable poultry 250-337-5956 also has crates for sale or rent if ours are all in use. Crates must be hosed out when done.
